Beebe Marine, LLC Terms of Service

  1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Beebe Marine LLC services, including but not limited to the installation, repair, maintenance, and removal of Docks, Floats, Gangways, Ramps, mooring systems and related structures or rigging. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

  1. Services

Beebe Marine, LLC provides a variety of services related to the construction, maintenance, and repair of Dock and mooring systems These Services may include:

  • Design and Planning: Consultation on dock design, site assessments.
  • Installation: Installation of new Structures, including but not limited to:
    Floating docks, fixed docks, gangways, ramps, mooring systems
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair and maintenance of existing Structures, including:
    End of season removal services, winterization, inspections, mooring repairs, structural repairs, Spring delivery and installation services.
  1. Customer Responsibilities
  • Site Access: You are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the work site as needed from time to time.
  • Permits and Approvals: You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities. Beebe Marine, LLC may assist with this process but is not responsible for obtaining or ensuring the validity of any permits.
  • Safety: You are responsible for ensuring the safety of yourself, your family, and your guests during use of the Dock or structure
  • Insurance: You are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for the Dock system(Home owners policy) and Boat (vessel Policy)if using a mooring system.
  1. Disclaimers
  • Timing of services, Beebe Marine, LLC provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding the timing of services. All fabrication services could be affected by supply chain issues or other issues out of our control. End of season, beginning of season services performed by Beebe Marine LLC are subject to tidal, weather conditions, wave conditions in which delays can happen.
  1. Indemnification
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beebe Marine, LLC and its employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
  1. Safety
  • Safety of Beebe Marine personnel is paramount; we will not subject our personnel to dangerous sea conditions and endangering the health and safety of our personnel in order to “save” a dock or other structure we ordinarily maintain. Please purchase Insurance for possible losses due to storms, our inability to provide a service or other events out of our control.

 

  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut and/or standard Maritime law.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
  1. Modifications
  • Beebe Marine, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on www.beebemarine.com
  1. Payment for services
  • Payment is due in full upon completion of services and presentation of invoice. All invoices shall be delivered by email. It is your responsibility to notify Beebe marine LLC of address changes. Beebe Marine LLC may impose interest charges for past due accounts over 30 days. Beebe Marine LLC at it’s option can cancel services for non payment of services. Owner acknowledges and agrees that a lien can be applied for any service or materials that are unpaid. Beebe Marine LLC can hold certain items until past accounts are paid in full.
